Out of low self esteem, the need for good fitness for skiing and the need to be able to return a dead arm efficiently, I bought some weights for training this morning. I will need to bulk up though, something I am a little concerned about. I can't eat a large amount of food over a short period of time. I'm doing 3 sessions a day each about ## minutes long. This is probably me being way to ambitious but hey I might as well give it a go.
